Citizen Ken Loach by Karim Dridi

I´ve just fineshed to see “Citizen Ken Loach”, it´s a documentary biopic about how the English film director Ken Loach deals with his job… . He is known for his naturalistic, social realist directing style and for his socialist ideology, which are evident in his film treatment of social issues such as homelessness (Cathy Come Home) and labour rights (Riff-Raff and The Navigators).
There is no harm in being social activist films, from my point of view the most important thing is his great cuality as a human being.

My name is Asun and I was sitting in the waiting room for my first appointment with a doctor. I noticed his diploma, “Jorge Leonardo”.
I imagined a tall and slim man with almond-shaped eyes. Those thoughts made me feel delighted.
when I was at school, I met a certain Jorge Leonardo. though everybody called him ” leo” ,He was shorter than me, , and his face was beautiful. It was irresistible, sweet and lovable, He brought me mint candy everyday

-Miss Asun, come in, please´
-Doctor? ‘When did you graduate?’ I asked.
-He answered, ‘In 1998. Why do you ask?’
– I am Asun, do you remember me?.
– Of course , you was my teacher for three years.I didn´t pass none of   your the subjects. You always said to me , I would never get a degree. Sit down………..

I have just came back¡

I have just came back from my holidays, It has been amazing, the days have been intense and I have enjoyed doing different activities.You can see in the photo  a sample how I have enjoyed doing  gymnastic in the pool.

I was both thrilled and glad seeing my friends however, I have not taken the opportunity to talk in English because,none of them speak English. I thought I was going to to take the opportunity to meet any guy who would teach me how pronounce all these difficult words in english .Of course, that was the moment that I should have looked for the campingsite any handsome guy, with blonde hair and beautiful smile but ,my husband would have thought that I wanted to have un affair with him. ha, ha , ha,

Now I remember, when I went to buy a english newspaper and the shop assistant
told me that I spoke Spanish very well when I asked the cost of the newspaper.As I bought an English newspaper she thought I was an Englishwoman, it was very funny because I have a very deep regional accent

To conclude, the exams will be soon and I have to study English.. see you soon

HOLIDAYS¡

I officially start my holidays today .I´m going  a paradise place surrounded by funny people and wonderful beaches so, it will be difficult to study English.This place is an ideal Camping site in Gold Coast where I enjoy the outdoors and there is no doubt  I can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

I hope everybody takes the possibility to enjoy a perfect holidays.

Spain train crash

Yesterday in the evening a train of which  journey was about to end derailed close Santiago de Compostela, where next day  local people were  going to enjoyed in Saint James the Apostle festivity. It is reported to have  taken a difficult bend very fast. Unfortunately, there has been a high figure of deaths. Once again tragedy wins over happiness.

CYCLING¡¡¡¡

My husband’s passion is cycling so, he tries to convince me to ride a bike frequently but though , I try to scape, there are many times that I can´t refuse
I am not too keen on the idea of riding a bike because I don´t find cycling very impressive as a sport though little children learn how to ride bike before they learn how to put their shoes,
This way of thinking can be because when I was a child I fell down of my bike and I broke a tooth so, I have two options, cycling or getting divorce of my husband, ( it is a joke) ha, ha, ha

JONNY DEEP

I’m fascinated by Johnny Depp. He has dreamy eyes so, I’ve seen all his films such as dark shadows, Alice in Wonderland,Pirates of the Caribbean,Edward Scissorhands,The Tourist, etc,,,,,,,,

His mid-length hair, and his brown eyes make it clear one of the most handsome man on the planet. He also has a lot of tattoos all over his body.it can seem like a childish attitude but I can´t avoid having butterflies in my stomach when I usually see him because he is an amazing artist with an endless talent,he approaches the art of acting with unique creativity and the best of all is that he has remained humble and down-to-earth. I really like it about him

MY COUSIN´S WEDDING¡

We went to my cousin´s wedding last weekend, it was ” ibicenca wedding”so, we were wearing white clothes matched with white accesories such as white flowers
the bride looked absolutely radiant and happy and the decorators did an amazing job with the stage, the elegant white gazebo, soft light under the glass tables, and blue water in the vases.

Besides having a great time with the family and wedding and I made a lot of photographs ,

A BIT CRAZY¡¡¡¡¡

When I started to write in this blog, I thought  the blog was going to be useful to improve my Englih level, but now I´ m aware this blog will be useful for my computer knowledge
This morning our classmate Concha wrote an email where she told me that she had spent two hours on the computer looking how manage to write her name in her comments and I have spent half morning on the same task , ha, ha, ha

Finally, I believe this blog will be a fun adventure

WHAT DO YOU DO IN SCORCHING DAYS ?

I live in Cordoba, so I know all about hot days.And you know what? It’s not so bad. In fact, if you’re smart about it and make some adjustments, summer is a great time of year .Some people are particularly vulnerable to heat and should stay in cool places during hot weather, such as children, the elderly and those who have health problems.
Stay hydrated. Water is essential for keeping your cool during hot weather.Even if you don’t feel thirsty, drink at least 2 liters of water
Eat to stay cool, salads, fresh raw food, vegetables and fruit
Dress simply. light clothing, will help to keep you cooler,
Swimming is a great way to stay cool but again, don’t stay in sun, Using suncreen
f you don’t have air-conditioning, spend at least parts of the day in a shopping mall, public library,
Finally, use common sense. If the heat is horrible, stay indoors when you can and avoid activities
And don´t forget study English next to the pools or rivers
